On arrival, the team was received by the MD and his management team,
The team inspected the service points in the facility to see the level and standard of care provided. The ES Dr Musa Baba lauds the efforts of the management and staff of the facility for their commitment to ensuring quality service delivery.
Furthermore, The Pharmacy unit of the facility is well-stocked. However, the team advised the staff to improve laboratory services, and documentation of patients’ care services rendered.
Moreso, the team calls on the management to improve proper sanitation of the service points and their environment and to keep up-to-date duty rosters in their respective units.
Additionally, the team enjoins the staff to put on a uniform and also avoid absenteeism and negligence on duty.
The PS-MOH call on the management and staff of the hospital to be responsible in discharging their duties and ensure proper utilisation of the equipment provided in the facility by His Excellency the executive Governor Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON.
