The ES-HMB Dr Musa Baba pays late-night unscheduled visits to YSSH Damaturu after receiving complaints from the general public.
The ES visit the first point of contact A&E where he met the staff on duty attending to accident victims. He then visit other hospitals’ service points to ensure services were been provided.
More so, the ES urged the staff to be committed and dedicated to ensuring prompt and quality service delivery.
The ES warns that absenteeism, negligence and misconduct or maltreatment of patients will not be tolerated and will attract disciplinary actions, while committed and hardworking staff will be rewarded accordingly.
